Cons
- There is not any long term benefit. Low annual bonuses, no stock options or any other benefits. Also, old employees are minority since the head count increased tenfold. Minority means people care less what they think. - The company grows rapidly. As a result, culture gets worse every day. - Their expansion to Europe affected also hiring and human resources side. Salary inequality inside the company started to grow. If you live in Turkey, get prepared to work with teammates who get 2x-3x salary of your salary. - Standart company management. They say that there is no hierarchy, but it is true only during communicating with each other. Whenever a business is required, from top to bottom, they force it. Whenever a problem occurs, they blame from top to bottom. - They tend to cover up the problems inside the company. They hire so many intelligent people and they think that we don't understand what's going on. It is insulting.
