      No real good reasons to want to work for this organization.

      Cons

      You can't beleive what any one in upper management says. No work life balance, and it's never about helping those you're supposed to, it's always about the bottom line .

      Pros

      There really are no good things I can say about this company. They start you out at a very minimal wage and look for ways to put you down and get rid of you if you do not cater to the egos of the management.

      Cons

      This company regularly discriminates against their employees, shows favoritism, as well as nepotism and even HIPPA violations. Not a very good business practice for a company who is supposed to cater to people with disabilities.
