Pros

They provide the necessary work equipment and take care of the training. Going to the office is becoming more frequent, though thankfully it's not required daily—yet.

Cons

The salary is low, and the bonuses are getting smaller — they seem to spend more on company events instead. Some managers also tend to favor the longer-serving employees.

some interesting topics to work on, fun colleagues, flexible working hours, medicover

Cons

overwhelmed people (engineering, support, ...), few skilled people keeps the rest running, more time spent on estimating everything than implementing something, projects are rarely finished after an MVP, lack of business reasoning behind some developments, no product knowledge on several departments (eg. sales, marketing)
