Pros

Lots of projects are going full steam and at the same time, we move towards Cloud and Service-Architecture. Teams are working closely with each other generating a lot of vibes. Good place to work for if you want to learn and apply new things to problems consistently.

Cons

A bit chaotic, feel like a start-up company all over again, but it is actually a good thing, isn't it?

I found no pros with working here

Cons

Worst place i have ever worked. Management have no idea how to manage. Deadline driven and no care given to quality. Very much a do as i say environment. If you don't follow like a puppet your quickly driven out. Extreme deadlines with employees expected to sacrifice personal time.
