-Great and understanding management team -Very supportive environment -Fantastic work culture -Accountable staff -Above average 401k matching
Cons
-Below average pay -No shift diff -Doesn't pay time and a half for hours worked on holidays -Must have worked a year before qualifying for 401k enrollment

Pros
Residents are a joy to be around. The residents are very concerned for the staffs wellbeing and offer student tuition scholarships. The residents even make sure they go out of their way to make sure staff is being paid a fair wage.
Cons
Management does not care about the staff and makes the staff feel very unappreciated. Nothing is confidential even if they advise you it is. Upper management is biased and have policies in place that they only use against staff they want to get rid of. Pay is not up to market value.
