If you are Hispanic and you have ur manger in ur pocket you will retire from there ,favoritism, if one employee doesn't like you they can lie about you manger and HR will believe them as long as they are friends undercover they will not give you a chance to explain!! Why cause they're been there longer and manager likes them if you are not Hispanic and in management favorite circle say goodbye to your career DO NOT WORK HERE favoritism, back stabbing ,they make you think they like you and trust you when there really taking notes to digg a big hole even when you did nothing wrong they will find something and according to management there word is golden DO NOT TRUST ANYONE THAT WORKS THERE

As many have read, some reviews ion this site state that the clinic is friendly, helpful to providers, allows for growth, and there is nothing bad to say. These reviews all sound the same and are obviously NOT written by the real employees. The negative reviews are FAR closer to reality. The reviews that describe the heaven-like nature of TCCH are written by management. I would say that TCCH has some good people, ones not in management. It is difficult to believe what a CEO says when he cannot look you in the eye. The next day, he says something different to another person.
