Pros

None, poor pay, poor commissions, poor communication skills , no such thing as team work all they do is talk behind your back then pretend they are there to help you

Cons

Discrimination, favoritism and they encourage you to speak up if you have issues with employees or upper management DON'T DO IT, the minute you do YOU ARE FIRED. they make you work ur butt off and once you bring enough business they let you go then you have to fight for your commissions, managers are not trusted they make you think that you can then stab u in the back.

Pros

Medical benefits and 401k are ok. Nice facility. Half price newspaper subscription. Free obituary for family members. They have other job opportunities in the McClatchy company

Cons

The environment is highly stressful. Layoffs created more work. Furloughs meant less pay. Managers are too focused on reports to corporate people. No training and low pay for most positions
