Pros

This company has been around since 1984.Was one of the top private ambulance companies in the Area.Fair pay scale.Flexible scheduling.Health care and paid vacation. The Paramedics,EMTs,and drivers are good people.

Cons

Does not match 401k contributions.Does not provide continuing education.Does not pay for CPR or ACLS recertification . Always short staffed. Crews are dangerously over worked. 24hr shift crews are only paid for 21hrs. Three hours deducted for meals/ sleep. No opportunity for advancement.Dispatchers/Call takers have no medical training.Has not changed with the times. Too many contracts spread over NE Ohio to cover..

Pros

They are so desperate for people that they will hire you back multiple times. *Not a pro.

Cons

Incredibly toxic environment with disgustingly disrespectful and deceitful leadership. Will hire anyone with a pulse. Watch your clock and research OH labor laws. CYA and watch your reports closely. It's a "family business" full of abused children being run by a tyrant.
