Pros

Close to home so this was very nice!

Cons

1) leads are very old and already used by other companies.2) you have to run to Walmart to cash your check because they did not have sufficient funds in their business account 3) they changed banks several times for that reason 4) they DID NOT report my wages to SS so I had to contact SS to get it corrected and you only have a short window of 3 years to do it.

Pros

Friendly working environment, that has a family feel. Moreover, they have a solid leadership team that really considers its employees recommendations, thoughts, and concerns.

Cons

Fast paced work environment with competing deadlines…. Not for the lazy or weak of heart!

Pros

I got out, not early enough but I got out. If you are not out get out now. But wait until you get your money then get out

Cons

Where do I even begin. I worked under the Lendplus umbrella for well over a year. They have been one of the shadiest places to have ever had the displeasure to walk into. There is so much where to begin? Well for one they have no ethics they continue to take money from paychecks for taxes,Edd, wage garnishments, insurance and then put the money in their own pockets. Then when confronted they lie or just completely ignore you. THEY BOUNCE CHECKS! Many many checks too many to even count. It's literally a daily occurrence. No joke there is not one employee with there many companies that has not had at least 1 bounced check. They have multiple investors walking in and out everyday. Not sure what they could possibly be investing in when there has not been profit in a long long time. Ponzi scheme is an understatement. They forge documents on a daily basis. There are more than 20 lawsuits against them for breach of contract and firing people without cause. Over a million in lawsuits in multiple counties in judgements as of today and many more to come. Last but not least. Multiple people that cannot receive their unemployment or disability insurance claim because you guessed it. Lendplus stole the money that was collected from employees and put it in Jacques Poujades pocket. So basically old employees with no unemployment benefits current employees and past employees owed thousands of dollars. Employees without the medical benefits even though they paid for them. I am sure this is just the tip of the iceberg. The are reverse robin hoods and they steal from the own employees and investors to pay for their own luxuries. Head of Human resource walked out weeks ago because he was sick of the crap. I am in the process of reporting them to all of the proper authorities including CFPB, FTB,IRS,EDD and the local district attorney. Lendplus, you will no longer take advantage of hard working people to generate more investment money on pipe dreams. ANY INVESTOR LOOKING INTO INVESTING WITH THIS COMANY I IMPLORE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.
