      Pros

      In the fitness industry its hard to find a job that is consistant hours, pay, benefits etc. Tri Fit is flexible depending on client location. Its a really good job for a recent graduate to gain the experience.

      Cons

      not much room to move up. The only real room for growth is changing client locations, but even still its very similar anywhere you go.

      autonomy, professional development, certifications paid for as required for your job, health and dental benefits, fun and interesting quarterly staff meetings

      Cons

      little support from management, if the contract with the client ends you are out of work, little on-site training, little opportunity to advance career or partake in committee work
