Pros
Despite the extreme negatives, I made some like-minded, lifelong friends there.
Cons
Crushing work load, unending drama, constant backstabbing, extreme misogyny, micro management. Nearly zero chance of promotion.

It was a job, but it wasnt one I would wish for anyone to have. There are a handful of nice people if you can weed out the bad ones.
Cons
I have never seen property management so mis-handled. They do not keep property records, tracking, or care to provide training. They have more inner office politics than I have encountered to date and no one has a clue what they are doing. Its DRAMA and negativity. Plus if you have a concern the manager talks to all the other staff about whatever it is.
