      Pros

      Good group of co-workers. Owners are on site and have an open door policy and are easy to talk to. Monday - Friday work days.

      Cons

      Vacation days are a bit on the low side. They will make salary employees use partial vacation days for leaving a couple of hours early for a Dr. appointment
