      There is always work when the industry is busy. 401k match Benefit package is decent You get a cookie "party" randomly

      Cons

      *Management stab each other and other "team" members in the back incessantly, then smile to your face, thus creating a toxic environment for the rest of the "team". *Gossip is rampant creating a diversion from daily task. *If management does not agree, or like your personally, they wont speak to you for days. *Pay is not competitive, slow almost nonexistent raises/reviews. *No room to grow
