      Can't think of one reason

      Too many games! Owner/ Owner tries to mico manage everyone. When ya think it's a sales job, it's not just that. Very similar to a pyamade type thing. Owner wants you to start ur own crew ASAP so he can make money from you. Owner treats people like little kids,talks down to employees. Not a good company to work for

      Pros

      Very fun working atmosphere! The owner sets you up for success and he wants you to do your best. I love working here, my training leaves no questions asked.

      Cons

      You really have to be ready to work hard. Not made for everyone.

      The Manager is a very reasonable guy, and works with you. I love knowing I have someone standing behind me, and understands what I am going through!

      Requires person with a strong social skill work set.
