This type of job, working directly with clients and customers, was so new for me. I came from a background with very little face-to-face work (both with customers, clients, co workers, etc) and this has stretched my abilities. I have learned so much about leadership, self development, sales strategies, etc. I am hopefully for a long career within the industry, but regardless some of the skills I have honed while working here will serve me for a long time.

I’ve had a great experience working here. One of the standout aspects of the company is its strong focus on employee development. Management consistently invests time into each individual by holding weekly one-on-one meetings to provide guidance, support, and mentorship. The culture is another plus. Everyone is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. It creates an environment where growth feels natural and encouraged. Throughout my time here, I’ve developed valuable skills in sales, communication, leadership, and operations, all of which have contributed to both my personal and professional growth. I’m excited to continue growing within the company and look forward to what’s ahead.
