Flexible hours. Great medical benefits.
Cons
Staff has no morals or work ethics. Extreme toxic environment that has only got worse. Safety is NOT a priority. OSHA would have a field day at this place.

Great company culture and people are very friendly. TriSep was recently bought by Microdyn-Nadir, which is owned by the huge German Mann + Hummel group. The group is pushing for improvements and process perfection, which will eventually lead to lower production costs, increased product quality and improved efficiency. Microdyn-Nadir is investing in process standardization and I see a huge growth in the next couple of years, so I would definitely recommend working here as you will gain good professional experience.
Cons
The existing manufacturing / production space is limited, so improvements need to be very lean and well thought.
