I went to TriStarr looking for Part-time work. Since I am retired and have a broad background I was flexible in what available positions. They called to check if this position might be available while it was related to positions that I have held but I was not trained in this area but thought I would enjoy it and pick it up quickly. I am enjoying immensely.

Cons

I did not observe anything that I would rate as a con.

A Good Place To Gain Experience

This is a good place for early career recruiters to gain experience. If you're self-motivated, articulate and quick to learn, this environment is more nurturing and employee-focused than most staffing firms, who only worry about the numbers. Good reputation in the industry.

Cons

This environment is not suited for senior recruiters who want to continue to grow professionally and financially, due to the size of the company and insular management team.

Judgmental attitude especially in the initial interview Very few actual jobs had extremely high expectations for very few jobs and the jobs weren't even high quality or high paying
