Pros

• A wonderful way to start your career and/or experience a career filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to learn. • Personally, I look forward to going to work every day, we have a great group of people and a very welcoming environment. • Abundant opportunity to gain exposure to many operational projects and expertise in various industries. • Highly collaborative work environment with talented individuals. • All team members are very motivated and strive to produce the best deliverable for the clients. • TriVista believes strongly in continuous improvement and encourages (and supports) employees to pursue continuing education. • Even Associates (least senior team members) are encouraged to take initiative to drive company improvements through development of best practices and tools. • Very engaged Executive Team – all levels of employees have the opportunity to work side-by-side with Executive Team members, gain mentorship and offer candid feedback. • Core delivery team members get to travel to client sites nationally and internationally.

Cons

• Very high expectations for all employees to be fully dedicated to providing excellent customer service. • Occasional late hours are required to meet tight deadlines. • Travel requirements vary by the project and can fluctuate between travelling once a month to travelling Monday-Friday for 6 weeks straight.

Pros

- Plenty of opportunities to learn and receive on the job training - Number of energetic and talented people among who are willing to learn and teach

Cons

- Clear and obvious favoritism towards people related to the senior management - Very high expectation (65% travel & 24/7 availability) but compensation is much below market rate

Pros

Great people, good pay and benefits, lots of exciting opportunities and learning experiences, fast-paced and something new every day

Cons

Lots of travel, either last minute or long-term - expect a lot of time away from home. Most people came from common companies so if you didn’t come from those companies, you tend to be a bit of an outsider. Can drain you very quickly if you aren’t a type A personality
