Poor Resource Allocation Heavy Workload No Process Consistency Total Burnout Environment It is a medium-sized company that burdens and squeezes its workforce in all departments. What looks as a 'competitive salary' structure at the beginning has no opportunity to grow despite salaries being reviewed annually and mere bonuses in place. No recognition for good work. In the highest level, you will also notice some of them being partial and saving their own without knowing what goes on in the background.
