Unsupportive, no leadership, unpaid miles and hour going to and going back from job just in between jobs. Supervisor doesnt care, i injured my finger and he is not concern, assigned dirty plumbing jobs even my finger had open wound.
There were some good people working, they however, have left or are in that process

Office is in a garage. HVAC lacks cooling and makes it uncomfortable. There is only one bathroom for all of the employees to share. Management does not support the employees.
