Smart and amicable people with a great culture. Career progression is rapid and steady as long as you are a good employee and deliver on projects.

Cons

Minimal adjustments for location and salarybenefit package is a bit lower than other consulting firms, but probably proportional to the hours worked.

Company culture is extremely collegial, I actually like my colleagues and regularly hangout with them outside of work The work is interesting, having been with he company for over 2 years I have never worked on the same thing twice Client exposure, consultants get the opportunity very early on to present work and engage with clients

Typical ebbs and flows of consulting can be frustrating but not specific to TIG
