Pros

Hands down my favourite company thus far. What sets Tribe apart is the combination of exceptionally talented people, a genuinely supportive culture, and an environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. From day one, I was trusted to take ownership of my work while always knowing that support was available whenever I needed it. The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and deeply invested in the success of both clients and employees. The level of collaboration across the business is outstanding. Everyone is willing to share knowledge, help solve problems, and celebrate each other's successes. There is no sense of internal competition getting in the way of delivering great outcomes. Instead, there is a shared focus on quality, teamwork, and doing the right thing for clients and candidates. Tribe also provides the opportunity to work with some truly exciting, high-growth companies and ambitious hiring teams. The quality of the clients and the level of trust placed in recruiters make the work both challenging and rewarding. Recruiters are encouraged to think strategically, build strong stakeholder relationships, and operate as genuine talent partners rather than simply filling vacancies. The company strikes an excellent balance between high performance and employee wellbeing. Expectations are high, but people are treated like adults and given the autonomy to manage their work. Success is recognised, achievements are celebrated, and there is a strong culture of continuous improvement without creating unnecessary pressure. Most importantly, Tribe is filled with good people. The culture feels authentic rather than something that exists only on a company values page. It is a place where ambitious recruiters can develop their skills, work alongside exceptional colleagues, and build meaningful careers.

Cons

The pace can be challenging at first, particularly for recruiters who have not previously worked in high-growth or high-performance environments. Balancing client responsibilities alongside internal Tribe initiatives and expectations can feel overwhelming during the first few months. There is a learning curve, especially when managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously, but with the support available and a willingness to adapt, most people settle in quickly and become successful.

Pros

Flexible, friendly, no super micromanagement

Cons

You have to wait for clients to have something to work on and that's bad

Pros

I've been in recruitment for over 13 years, and it's honestly rare to find a team this strong. The colleagues here are experienced professionals with very diverse backgrounds, so there's always someone to learn from, no matter your own seniority. A few other things that really stand out: - The whole atmosphere is built on trust and treating people like adults. - The company is actively integrating AI into our daily workflows. They want to help us cut down on routine tasks and make the job more comfortable. - Even though we are fully remote, you never feel like you're alone in the field. We have regular syncs and an annual offline meetup that keep everyone connected. - You aren't treated like a typical external agency recruiter. Clients view you as a part of their team, which gives you the chance to look under the hood of different businesses and grow professionally

Cons

Because you are fully remote and you need to have excellent self-discipline. The initial learning curve when diving into a new client's internal context can be pretty fast-paced and intense, so this environment probably isn't the best fit for someone who needs constant hand-holding or step-by-step guidance
