As an organization it truly understands that its greatest asset are its people. There is a genuine open-door policy here where my input is valued, and management consistently takes proactive steps to bridge communication gaps both internally and with our clients. Tribolatech looks out for their employees and genuinely wants them to succeed. Unlike many firms, it keeps employees at the forefront, offering a friendly 'California-style' culture that is both inclusive and rewarding. They invest in our growth by paying for training and recognizing those who go above and beyond. It’s no surprise our retention rate is significantly higher than the industry standard.
Cons
I have not experienced any cons here. They reward hard work with perks and recognition, Diligently client focused, yet Great for working women, allow remote work with checkins and parameters, provide flexibility while maintaining integrity of deliverables and encourage effective and proactive communication. They do not appreciate surprises, last minute no-shows and most importantly tardy work. If you want upward mobility and are hard working, you can be handsomely rewarded for your efforts here.
