Everyone is very nice and helpful, always learning. Great place to start off if you don’t have a family.

Cons

Some teams need learn how make a balance between work and life. Some people enjoy working overtime but that doesn’t mean all of their team members need to as well. Some will tell you that working more overtime will more likely get you promoted in the future. That’s just false.
