Pros

Trico has a great production department, and they are always pushing to grow within the company and for individuals to further their education. The overall culture is friendly! This is a family-owned company in their fourth generation and the owners are very open about the status of the company and constantly show their appreciation!

Cons

Insurance is not the best. HR takes forever to get back to you on everything

A Great Place To Be

Pros

Trico provides opportunity to grow as an individual for anyone who shows interest. Firsthand training is available and encouraged in areas of the business that most times are left for management. This allows for engagement at all levels when it comes to building a positive, efficient environment. The owners are great and respect the staff.

Cons

In any business there is pros and cons. I currently work for Trico, and there is not a day that I don’t look forward to going into work. On a tough day, it simply means there is a new challenge. Not that there is someone I don’t look forward to seeing or working with. Professional attitudes are required to be a part of Trico, and the culture reflects that 100%.
