      Pros

      Free dry cleaning and they offer toilet paper.

      Cons

      Management and staff is very unprofessional and rude. Unless you are friend/family of the CEO, don't expect to be treated fairly. Very slow paced and old fashioned environment with a guarantee the toilets are always clogged. The pay is very low and make sure you clock in exactly on time or be prepared to be disciplined.

      Pros

      Off weekends. Training is good. Some co-workers were nice. Not really anything else to look forward too.

      Cons

      They pay you less than what most deserve. Most people have been there for 10 years+ and if you are not "a favorite" they will push you out the door. A lot much like high school- cliques- too much drama. Managers micro manage your every move. Open door policy is more like them turning everything around on you. All the CEO cares about is money is how it makes her look. Very stressful work environment with little to no support of management. Best part of the day was leaving and going home. Management is screwed up. Employees are scared to come forward.

      Pros

      The work itself is mindlessly easy. You leave promptly at your scheduled time; almost never more than 40 hours per week.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for. If you enjoy being treated like a 3 year old, then this is the place for you. They monitor your bathroom usage. They have bizarre shaming rituals when a mistake is made; you are forced to atone in front of the entire company. The CEO is the most guilty of this behavior, so there is little hope it will change.
