      Flexible in-office vs. remote work week Pay is average Benefits are minimal Lots of C performers to cover for Plenty of mom and pop vibes Abundant opportunity to clean up years of underfunded and poorly managed initiatives

      Cons

      Zero incentive to work here No equity offered Being thankful for having a job doesn't equate to taking care of your employees Exec salaries are the highest in the industry CEO thought it was funny to make sexual innuendos in an all-hands US vs Them mentality between the HQ offices kills company culture

      Started off great! Seemed to care about its people

      Cons

      Canada infested the company. From every aspect of finance and accounting. Faked caring until they no longer needed to. Also Chief People officers and her hunch men would not do what was right, only what was easy for her and her pocket book.
