      Good to start your career with Trident as a fresher in US Recruitment

      Cons

      No proper Business development person or SPOC to get the client update on shortlist, Interview and closure for US Direct client. Need proper mapping of Direct clients in USA. Instead of Implementation partner requirement Trident has to focus on direct client in USA

      Salary Credited in every month correct timing

      Cons

      Worst managers and leads, they are more selfishness people. Especially manager is doing for more favors to female employee, Peek of micromanagement and if the employee does not fulfill the targets and submissions, they are immediately terminate the guy without notice period.
