No direction. Management doesn't communicate about the direction of the company. Management makes changes without discussing it with the people it affects. They don't take advice from accounting and they don't work in a way that is conducive to handle the high volume. The operations team doesn't follow directions. Not team players. People thrown under the bus despite being perpetually short staffed. Constantly understaffed. It's been this way for years. Controller and corporate accounting is a revolving door. New great idea. 3rd party accounting to save the day. Good luck.
