      Pros

      They pay well but the turnover of staff is very high due to lack of leadership and strategy...do they know what they want....Not Sure?

      Cons

      Poor Leadership, Lack of Direction and Strategy, Poor Vision, Insular, Lack of staff interaction from the leadership team, No clear direction.

      Thanks for your feedback which will help us to improve. We are constantly working on our strategy and are already doing more to communicate this to staff on a regular basis. Our turnover of staff who choose to leave us is actually very low. Thanks again and we wish you all the best.

      Great place for worklife balance

      Pros

      Flexibility of working hours offered for office staff. Open communication from management. The people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Can be demanding during the busy periods and antiquated systems of work, improving all the time though.
