if anyone ask for cons the best words to describe is their name itself. They will call u for 3 round of interview but not different rounds actually the interviewer forgot your face. Very unethical way of working, Technical expectations from non technical guy. The Technical heads are brain dead and sitting in company from past 10 -15 years with no success. They blame you for non compliation of a doc and then actually it was their KRA to finish it!!!. More over top heads are of two types - One - whos too much of english, jargon, vocab or alien language; second - only regional language - they cant even pronounce name of foregin clients. Sometimes you wish they are knowing too much or u only understand hebrew:). On serious note - Please dont join this company at any level or domain - tester, developer or business side. They tell you they have project but actually its ZERO. Suddenly one day they will as you to leave in just 20 min, be smart to negoiate your exit money ask them full pay of notice and threat them with legal stuff - if i can you can too, but i did one wrong thing of joining them you pleaseeeeeeeee dont.
