Almost everything. Almost all the employees quit within 6 months of joining this company because the work environment is bad. Don't get me wrong, the employees are all fine but the CEO just makes the place a hell. He fights with all his clients and all his employees expecting them to respect him. He'll talk to you like a friend for a minute and the next minute he'll shout at you saying he's the 'boss'. Projects don't have a formal plan, the project changes each day. There are no departments and hence everyone is liable for everything except the CEO. If he messes us a client meet, you'll be blamed. I saw an ex-employee beat the CEO in his office, we stopped him but the damage was already done. It was a tough day for everyone but the CEO lost all respect in the eyes of all his employees. The pay is not enough for your daily conveyance, let alone your rent and food. You'll still be asking for money from your parents if you join this company.

This is a firing company with a single decision maker IF you agree with him you might be kept if not you are fired The company was a 25+ and growing company 2 years back rite now it is only 8 people and employees are either getting fired or are leaving, no scope of growing here
