Pros

Trility has amazing people. Starting with leadership, they are very accessible, friendly, and there is a very low power distance. All of the consultants are incredibly experienced, talented, and a real pleasure to work with. Comp and benefits are likewise top notch. There is a very strong culture and corporate identity, which really makes you feel welcome and like a valued team member the moment you join the company. By far the best place that I have ever worked.

This team of people is some of the best I've ever had the opportunity to work with. There is a foundation of respect, an expectation of excellence, and some of the most advanced engineers, who are also great people, that you'll come across.

Cons

A supportive, empowering culture

There are so many words to describe the culture at Trility, but to try to sum it up, I would say “empowering.” Empowered to do your job, to do the best job possible, and to do that in a supportive environment, where you are recognized for your contributions. I was brought on to do my 'job' based on my skills and experiences, and I have been empowered to do my job with nobody breathing down my back. However, due to the open communication, I knew there were others there to support me when needed.

Cons

When I joined the delivery area Trility was growing, so some best practices weren’t documented. However, I was asked to extend my contract and eventually hired full-time to help better define and map out the processes for other team members as the company is growing.
