Pros

No dress code, coworkers are really nice, within walking distance to lunch, Central location makes it an ok commute from a good radius

Cons

Raises are almost non exist, promotions happen a lot but with no compensation, they create unrealistic deadline schedules that cause you work insane hours a week and don't care if you burn out, if you don't work overtime they put it in your review that you aren't dedicated, but if you do they know that they can just keep pushing work on you until it's not humanly possible to complete, they treat people that have been here for awhile like garbage because they know they can hire new people easily, $ sucks, benefits suck

Pros

Zero dress code, casual atmosphere. Intelligent hard working and friendly employees. You'll get the chance to work with technology that will look great on your resume.

Cons

Perpetual chaos. Senior management seems unable to say no to customers for anything. Serious lack of real leadership. Benefits packages paltry compared to other companies.

Pros

Great people, free fruit on Tuesday and good PTO. As an entry level home it's an okay way to get your feet wet in the industry.

Cons

The pay is not great. After working there for a year and a half I finally received my first yearly raise and it was less than 0.50 which was just a slap in the face. Very little room for advancement and there is no difference in pay for a team lead vs. a team member who reports to that lead. Very little room for growth and the work is very boring as a GIS technician. When I would ask my supervisor how to achieve the position of GIS specialist I was never given a straight answer because there really was no definitive difference.
