Pros
Good work/personal life balance. Good benefits package. Most people that work there are great, there's just a few bad apples that make the place miserable.
Cons
Run like a mom and pop store and proud of it, which means there's no appreciation for hard facts/numbers/process. The store's opinions are the deciding factor for everything retail related even if there's no standing to them. HR is completely unprofessional and incapable of doing their job. Everyone that leaves gets blamed for anything and everything for months/years afterwards. Lack of cross-functional communication and any semblance of standard processes. People are hired to do what they are told, not to bring any new insight or opportunities to the table.
