Pros

Not anything TBH. Even the methodology that they say in proven only works for specific manufacturing (widget producing) environment.

Cons

The CEO/President is the worst. The guy thinks he is the best consultant to have ever set foot on earth while in reality he is just a salesperson who gets projects by promising the world and leaves the rest to the ops team. They hire and they fire at will - no regards to anyones career. Some very meek person is promoted repeatedly to show them as poster boys for the company as a whole.

Pros

- company is growing - staff are hard working and friendly - nice kitchen - starting to build know how in the old and gas space

Cons

- founder is always paranoid that everyone is stealing from him and as a result very micro managing. But then doesn’t spend to build systems or processes. - wouldn’t provide basic necessities and support for people to survive, like lumbar support or proper chairs, - 100% turnover rate the last year, went through 2 chief of staff and 4-5 finance leaders, new people have to clean up multiple years of work of backlog accounting/legal/filing garbage, lots of o/s CRA audits - company is entangled in loads of legal matters - blame culture, leaders constantly throw each other under the bus during meetings - no humanity or decency: people don’t get paid properly once they resign, not a single employee in the office in the past year was exited in a decent, professsional and amicable way. - certain nationality and sex is being screened out during interviews - office located in an unsafe neighborhood and staff being asked to boo the homeless and pick up needles around the property, on top of their day job - expect to work long hours, scope creep and do something completely different from your job description
