      Didn’t enjoy the atmosphere. Very hectic. Always talking about how they are not making enough money, but car count was always low.

      Cons

      Very stressful work place. Worked on flat rate and mainly did cheap discounted oil changes and service writers couldn’t upsell.

      Pros

      I came to work for Trinity a little over a year ago and since then is has been nothing but great. Friendly, Welcoming, Honest employers who always operate with full transparency. Really welcomed me in as a part of the family. They offer great training, pay, benefits and work hours. They are really here to help us all succeed. Honestly couldn't be happier!
