If you care about your mental state, I’d stay away

Pros

Benefits are great. That’s about it!

Cons

Severe mental distress in the workplace forced me to quit. My experience is not singular. The safety and security department does not function well, and the reason is obvious. It’s upsetting that nothing has been done to address the situation. The senior managers would be better equipped if they extended their communication to non-Directors and actually sought feedback rather than turning a blind eye to apparent red flags.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, most coworkers are nice, good work. Keep your head down.

Cons

Toxicity run amok in management and leadership. They know it's a problem and have decided to ignore it. Retaliation, power-trips, churn, turnover, zero growth.
