Pros

It's pretty in Weaverville and a nice rural area to live with outdoor activities.

Cons

Besides low noncompetitive salary which won't even afford you a rental as a professional? County is led by inept management that works at the pleasure of the Boomer Board of Stupidvisors who won a popularity contest for owning property. Somehow, this makes them worthy to make decisions affecting everyone, which tend to be corrupt good ol boy politics. The county is literally turning into a ghost town with economic decline. What do they do? Double down on being corrupt and inept. Want a job here? Good luck, you'll be interviewed traveling great distance to get there, only for unprofessional staff to make you wait past the scheduled time and ghost you afterwards, because they had someone internally lined up who is related to a department manager or elected official. Basically, this place is a sinking ship where the deck chairs are moved and the can kicked down the road, and they expect different results. Idiots run this place.

Pros

They’re great. Loved working with all my cow workers. The work was very engaging and rewarding

Cons

I don’t see why I need to review somewhere just to look at salaries for a different job. This is ridiculous.

Only good if you fit neatly into a box.

Pros

Good long term benefits.

Cons

You must be able to take on too much work without the extra compensation.
