Working in Rolfing Library: - Fun-loving atmosphere of teamwork and support among both student workers and full-time staff - Flexible schedule that works with students' shifting availability each semester - Clear instructions to help new workers master unfamiliar responsibilities quickly

Cons

During my time as an employee, budget restrictions resulted in significant turn-over and frequently changing roles for full-time staff across the campus. This resulted in a sense of organizational instability, loss of institutional memory, and insecurity for remaining employees.

Great mission Most coworkers are wonderful people Nice benefits if you are looking to take classes yourself.

Cons

Perpetually underfunded which leads to many of the other problems. Lower pay that does not keep up with inflation or industry rates. High turn over in leadership roles with a high amount of drama surrounding it Key roles and departments are often understaffed Outdated work infrastructure including offices buildings, technical hardware, and databases
