Although immediate management may care about your concerns you get the professional avoided answer. Pay decently but could pay a few dollars more.

Everything, low pay and abuse from management, lies about getting raises. If you ever think about working here, I recommend you to run away asap!

Not the Same since Omni has come

Trinity had a great potential and great teams all over the world. Great Spirit and Team ready to give a chance to everyone.

Cons

Since Omni took over Trinity Several Offices have closed and Employees have been laid off. Not sure where it goes but hopefully the employees that are still working there will be treated with dignity and respect like they should.
