      No longer a dream job

      Pros

      Free soda, best breakfast burritos.

      Cons

      This is no longer the dream place to work. Admin drives teachers away and values parents opinions more than supporting teachers. No respect. You will get shamed for taking personal days off because that can’t keep substitutes. Professional development days are wasted time. They don’t let you have your free periods to yourself.

      Negative environment. struggling to irrelevant endowment Admin inability to raise sufficient funds. Inexperienced Head of School with subpar community ties subpar athletic department

      The school calendar days off

      Cons

      - Lack of communication outside of admin team (poor leadership) - No merrit raises, you will not be compensated for an outstanding review - Despite low compensation you will still be asked for a donation back to school - Does not promote from within = poor retention (good people are leaving) - Lack of inclusion
