Pros

Zero....What pros, you’re kidding right?!

Cons

I've never worked for a company where there are such extreme double standards, the leaders have zero accountability, and their employees take all the blame for extremely flawed systems. Their arrogance is appalling and alarming: they are extremely ruthless, UNETHICAL, and possess way too many loose ends in their operational and organizational systems which do not promote a productive or positive work environment. The absolute worst "leadership". The people in leadership completely lack business-sense, any and all leadership skills, backbone, technical and analytical skills, tenacity, integrity, and numerous other necessary traits for success. Instead of leading with respect, they lead with fear and disrespect. Gossip , lies, and DRAMA, it’s like being in an episode of the “Bad Girls Club.” You Would constantly hear corporate employees gossiping about on-site employees. Comments on their appearance, whether they are pretty enough, slim enough, the correct race. You must fit the Trinity “mold” This is at the TOP. People come and go and if you're unfortunate enough to stay or choose to stay you MUST stroke egos and play the game. Favoritism is practically a disease within this company so do not expect to be treated like a human being unless a manager likes you. Simply being a dedicated employee that works hard and is knowledgeable doesn't cut it. Trinity makes no effort to create an environment where you feel comfortable being honest. It just becomes ingrained in you that staying quiet is the safe thing to do if you want to keep your job. Don’t ever try and be original or question they way they do things! Heaven forbid they adopt fresh ideas, support and nurture their staff and offer positive feedback on a job well done. The HR department is an absolute joke and will do nothing to escalate things to corporate when it really is the right thing to do, they won’t even respond to you (seriously they literally ignore employee complaints.) . If you're a regional manager and you have a employee that is struggling with leasing, occupancy, reporting, invoices, etc., you help them, you don't go around your region and tell other staff and anyone that will listen how your other employees suck. No, you suck because you are not training them and giving them the support they need. And they have no clue because you're too much of a coward to approach them because more than likely they are more qualified than you! I could honestly go on and on, but it’s not even worth it. Run from this company!

Pros

The pay was good & uniforms were provided.

Cons

Even if they pay good, doesn’t mean they can treat your people like crap. The regional made fun of my weight when looking for uniforms; laughed when I tried finding clothes in Express & sent me to Lane Bryant. The manager would talk down to me, make inappropriate jokes & she hit me on my head once with a stack of papers & thought it was funny. I never contacted HR for fear of losing my job but I wish I would have, because they should have been delt with. The big wigs would come in & some were nice & acknowledged us, while others would completely ignore. The worst leadership, in fact nonexistent. So glad to not be working with that company & those people anymore.

Pros

The money is good, bonuses, and hourly are decent. 20% off housing, if you aren't worried about getting fired and booted out. 100% insurance coverage for you only. That's all I can think of.

Cons

Too much turnover, employees are treated HORRIBLE. CANT GET SICK OR HAVE EMERGENCIES OR YOU WILL BE FIRED. Residents are treated poorly also.
