      Consistently Understaffed, Poor Management

      Pros

      Your residents are amazing. The Staffing ratio is better than most long term care centre's.

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed, (we have a decent baseline staff rate but we can't retain staff) high stress environment. Management does very little to show staff they care. HR is okay upper Management is not.

      Worst place to work. You will have PTSD AFTER WORKING HERE worst HR. Fake people all over and the Mother of all the fake people is their HR. MY GOD WHAT A WOMAN. SAVE YOUR SELF
