Pros
TWU has the amazing ability that allows you to develop relationships with people that care about you both professionally and personally. It's amazing to also build a repertoire with the University students and make a difference. The majority of the Managers and Directors are amazing.
Cons
I believe as a Christian you are a regular person, but having empathy should be a key factor. When there is a change within the organization, there should be more care and a kinder way of doing things. TWU refuses or is rather slow to change for the better and are hooked on a very old school way and they fear for change even if it's for the better. Their pay grade is quite low in comparison and the pay scale isn't fair across the scale. The Finance department is a category all on its own and still does things the photocopy and drop off way. When President Bob Kuhn left, compassion left with him. If you are lucky enough to work for a great boss like I was who makes it worth it, the hard work and extremely long hours are worth it. If you don't get that privilege, you end up going home feeling unfulfilled.
