I honestly love working at Trio. The support from the team is amazing, and the CEO genuinely wants the best for all of us. We work hard, but there’s a really nice balance with flexibility and respect, which makes all the difference. My role is really varied, which means I’m constantly developing my skills. Everyone has equal opportunities to try new things and is encouraged to do so, you’re never put in a box here, which keeps things exciting. As a mum to a young child, I really appreciate how understanding and flexible the team is, it means a lot. It’s just a great place to work with great people.

I’ve worked at Trio Media for a while now and it’s the most empowering environment I’ve ever been part of. Coming from a completely different industry I could have easily felt completely out of my depth however the support from all my colleagues and the training provided has helped me become, not just a member of the team, but a valuable one.
