Secured environment for female Free education for 2 children Summer break,Winter break and holidays on major festivals Family time and less stress Weekend off Free professional workshops very good scope of growth a teaching assistant can become a coordinator also Free yoga classes and sports facilities for teachers as well

Cons

Difficult to get in for fresher very less leave during working hours expectations are very high from parents and you need to be very prompt in response to parents
