Pros

Working with Citibank is a great experience till now. Incentive Structure is great, with added weekly contest. Good work Environment.

Cons

Only One Client focus with 16 to 20 People with Repetitive requirement and same location makes difficult to achieve target on weekly bases. With new people added in on-site, Office space seams less, difficult to communicate with Candidate many times.
