Pros

cant think of any to be honest

Cons

- Very strong Chinese culture, people in Shanghai are clueless about what is going on here, yet they are the ones who decide how things work in this company. - Company management is a mess, there is no clear direction or strategy to follow, the main reason is they want to cut down the cost on commission that everyone should receive, so dont be surprised if it is the end of year and they still havent confirmed what was your KPI. - Very little respect to employees, they will try to take advantage of you to the last day if they can.

Pros

Worked with some great colleagues besides the big boss, they offered a lot of help and had a great culture in the office.

Cons

Way way too many upper management decisions that continuously changed everything on a weekly basis. It actually confused the Hotel Partners after providing them with the information a week beforehand. The backend system is in Chinese, which I expected coming from a non-Chinese background, but their support for English is so incredibly limited I couldn't do much without the support of other colleagues. Lastly, no improvement in your career, no assistance and no opportunity to request pay raise or review your status within the company.

Pros

Good local team to work with. Rem and bonus structure is decent. Intensive onboarding program.

Cons

As company is HQ'd in Shanghai, there can be some language barriers, but overall not a major issue.
