Pros

Probably food is okay. No other positive point I can recall of.

Cons

Let me start with the most important aspects in a workplace: 1. WORK: I would say its non existent. Employees are considered to be servants. There are 2-3 employees who have been working for 3-4 years who are seriously overpaid without any qualifications. You will always be compared with them. Petty politics is prevalent. 2. SALARY: Serious delays in salary, around 10-15 days. Employees follow-up for their own salaries as if its their responsibility. Salary cuts for any leaves taken since there is no leave policy.

Pros

No pros at all maybe they provide free lunch. Job location could be a pro.

Cons

Its a one man show. Hiring and firing policy is very bad infact No such policy exists, they remove employees from the whatsapp group and next day give them pink slip. People from IIT IIM were hired and fired within 2 months as after founders thought he should downsize employee strength fired more than 10 people right in front of my eyes. People are forced to work even on sundays oh I forgot to mention saturdays are working as well. No work life balance at all. Pay cuts is one really big issue and also salary is never given on time delay of 10-20 days is a very common scenario. Every month you will see people crying for their own salaries. They do not have a stable business model they keep changing from franchise to in house to franchise within a span 15 days extremely random and hence hiring-firing cycle continues. Few non deserving people are on top positions being the right and left hand of CEO and they are always busy saving their job and screwing you over. Most of the positive reviews on glassdoor are given by them only. There is no focus on technology or innovation. Its a sinking ship, dont believe me just talk to anybody in office connect via LinkedIn, you will know the reality you can also verify each and every point I have mentioned above.

Pros

Break timings are flexible, good culture, the lower level employees are well mannered.

Cons

Totally unprofessional and unethical maniacs Beware!! The reviews you see from 23-25jan19 are all fake, employees were forced to write good reviews. A company which is highly relying on technology and doesn't give a damn about their employees. You will go through unnecessary pressure and harrassment, you will be abused in front of your co workers, ppl are also being man handled by vinay. since your personal number is linked to the system, customers can call you anytime and work can keep you occupied on your weekends, off's and post office hours too.You are expected to reply to the management even at 12 mid night. No work life balance what so ever!!! They have the audacity to make fake promises on benefits, incentives and growth, when the time come for them to deliver, they will make you look like a fool. Absolutely no policies. All they will do is verbally communicate and it can change as their per mood. Poorly structured hierarchy, you will only grow here if you are bucketing and putting people on bad books for your own benefits and growth. Talent and skill is useless here. You will have hours senseless meetings were you are kept standing in the vinay's cabin were he thinks we all are fools and goes on blabbering irrelevant sh..t and expects us to believe. Constant change in the system and structure, the employees are not even updated about it. For the people who are working there, do not be a victim of the management's mind games. To Mr.vinay, on the quest of scaling your broken company, don't loose out on your employees. stop abusing and removing your frustration on them for the failures caused by you. They are gold! Your employees are not fools, they are acting a fool to a fool who thinks he's fooling them. Stop looking like a joker and Treat them with respect for their hard work.
